Exhibition stands
Exhibition stands are located on the ground floor of the University of Vienna (close to the registration area) and on the first floor (close to the session rooms). Exhibitors may either bring their own stand or rent a stand (standard: white walls, grey carpet, banner with exhibitor’s name, standard electricity, 1 light, 1 info desk and 2 bar stools). WLAN is available free of charge. Additional equipment can be hired at the exhibitor’s expense and needs to be specified in advance.

Exhibition stands are available in the following sizes (two adjacent stands can be turned into one larger stand):

Map of exhibition stands
Exhibitors can mount their own stands on 1 September 2010, from 8:00 – 12:00 and must remove them at the latest on 4 September 2010, 17:00.
Stands rented from the organisers are available from 1 September 2010, noon, to 4 September 2010, 17:00.

Exhibition stands must be booked before 15 June 2010 and are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Exhibitors will receive a confirmation of their stand reservation and an invoice, which has to be paid at the latest by 2 August 2010.
