Registration fees

* Students will have to prove their status by presenting a valid student ID card or similar document at the registration desk.

** Each registered participant is entitled to enrol ONE accompanying person along with his/her registration. Accompanying persons are entitled to attend the plenary sessions (i.e. opening and closure) and the official social events (i.e. reception at the town hall and farewell cocktail).

Career mentoring (FULLY BOOKED)
Senior reference persons will brief pre- and post-doc students on career-relevant strategies, e.g. how to get funding, how to get papers published, etc.

The EPC 2010 is committed to the environment
The organisers endeavour to compensate the CO₂ emissions caused by the EPC 2010. Please help us calculate the CO₂ compensation by providing information about your trip as requested in the Registration Form. For more information see the section on “Sustainability”.

Deadlines for EPC 2010

21 June 2010        End of early registration at reduced rate.
                          Note: Accepted speakers, poster presenters and chairs must register
                                before 21 June 2010 to be listed in the scientific programme and in the
                                conference book.

15 June 2010        Deadline for contacting the local organiser for visa support letter.

15 June 2010        End of registration for side meetings.

15 June 2010        End of registration for exhibitors.

20 July 2010         End of online hotel reservation via conference website.

17 August 2010     End of online registration for conference participation. Participants can also
                         directly pay their registration fee at the conference venue.
